Reviewing

When I read my previous entries, I find this passage titled "Upper Limit".

[A] Here is my list of activities:
  1. Korfball workshop
  2. Handball practice
    -- for 3 years, I suppose
  3. Air Cadet training
-- for 2 years, in most cases
  4. Part-time job
-- to fund the above and the below items
[B] And here is a list of activities to be done in the long-term:
  1. Joining toastmaster club
-- after finishing Air Cadet training
  2. Learning a new language
    -- during winter/summer
-- candidates including Japanese (which I know some very basic terms), French & German
  3. Enhancing Mandarin skills
-- after my 1st year of study
Let me evaluate my first year at University:

[A]
  1. Participation in korfball suspended, due to heavy workload from Students' Union.
  2. Handball practice also suspended, due to inferiority of my sports skills, plus unsatisfactory helath performance.
  3. Though skipped trainings in summer because of Orientation Camp and surgery, involvement in Air Cadet resumed to maximum, including helping in squadron and headquarters functions.
  4. Now engaging in 2 part-time jobs, one on-campus and another off-campus at Shatin.
[B]
  1. Not to be carried.
  2. Accomplished in Dec 2005, learning elementary Japanese.
  3. Achieved in Sept 2006, while living on-campus with 2 mainland pals.
[C] Additional involvement
  1. Students' Union
    --being an executive committee member
What's next? Perhaps AAEP or IACE offered by the Air Cadet Corps.
